Christine Simiriglia, MS
Read Bio
Chris Simiriglia launched Pathways in Philadelphia in 2008. Under her leadership, the agency has rapidly expanded services to meet the growing and changing needs of our neighbors with disabilities experiencing homelessness. In 2023, she founded Pathways Housing Wellness Corporation to meet the needs of those most in need of affordable housing in Philadelphia.
Chris most recently worked at the Mental Health Association of Southeastern PA (now Mental Health Partnerships), holding various positions including Vice President. She has worked with various service systems and has had several papers and tool kits published related to her work with homelessness. She also consults on managing non-profits. Chris prides herself on Pathways’ continued ability to move the needle forward for people, even in the most trying times.
Taylor De La Peña

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from Villanova University as well as an MFA in fiction from Rutgers University – Camden. She joined PHWC in 2024 after working in housing-related legal services for four years, both at the Rutgers Camden Housing Justice Project, where she helped tenants facing eviction, and at Philadelphia VIP, where she assisted homeowners with tangled title issues. Prior to that, she worked at a nonprofit focused on economic development and financial inclusion of the Latino community in Philadelphia, where she ran VITA tax sites and administered matched savings programs. She is excited to apply her unique housing expertise to affordable housing development in Philadelphia.

Diamond Bertil, CPA

Diamond Bertil recently joined Cencora as Director of Internal Audit. She previously served as Senior Manager in PwC’s Cyber, Risk and Regulatory team. With 10+ years of experience and extensive knowledge of compliance and operational frameworks, she helps clients solve complex issues and drive key priorities. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University and is a CPA.
Jeannine Lisitski, Ph.D.

Dr. Jeannine L. Lisitski recently joined Mental Health Partnerships in 2024 as President & CEO, bringing decades of nonprofit leadership focused on collaboration and innovation in mental health. She has held executive roles with organizations addressing violence, poverty, and behavioral health, including CEO at Council for Relationships and Executive Director at Women Against Abuse. A recognized leader in social innovation, Dr. Lisitski holds a Ph.D. from Bryn Mawr College and certificates from Harvard Business School. She is committed to empowering teams and fostering community well-being.
George Sabo

George Sabo IV is a partner at RSM US LLP, bringing 20 years of accounting experience across real estate, manufacturing, government contracting, and more. His expertise spans Federal and State Historic Rehabilitation and New Markets Tax Credit transactions, as well as commercial and multi-family properties, hotels, and malls. George has advised both private and public companies on internal controls, process improvements, and technology utilization. He holds a BBA from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
William Parshall

William Parshall retired as Director of Temple University Center City and Off-Campus Programs and Training in 2022. Prior to his arrival at Temple in 2001, Mr. Parshall was an Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Drexel University. He received his B.A. in political science from Eisenhower College and his Masters of Public Affairs (M.P.A.) from Princeton University.
Britainy Stephens
Read Bio
Britainy Stephens graduated from Smith College before earning her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Britainy transitioned from social services before joining Binswanger's commercial leasing division in 2022 as Director of Operations at Benchmark Real Estate Partners.
Jordan Casey

Jordan Casey is the Director of the Housing Opportunities Program for Equity (HOPE) at the Foundation for Delaware County. Before his current role, he was a housing attorney with HELP: MLP, representing clients in a wide array of civil matters. He earned his BA from the College of Wooster and a JD from the Widener University School of Law.
Bill Radel, CPA
Read Bio
Bill Radel brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and serves as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Campus Apartments. Prior to his work at Campus Apartments, Bill served as the accounting manager at The Buccini/Pollin Group. Bill is a baseball coach for the Newtown Edgmont Little League and a basketball coach for the Malvern Basketball League. He also sits on the board of directors for the Muirwood Hill Homeowner’s Association. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania.
