The City of Philadelphia estimates that there are 14,500 affordable housing units with contracts expiring in the next two years. Once those contracts expire, there will be more need and even less housing stock available. We must increase developments; partnerships are the answer.

Pathways Housing Wellness Corporation (PHWC) is a nonprofit housing developer committed to creating deeply affordable homes for people without housing, including those living with disabilities.
